There many ways to enjoy Usquaebach

Here are some that will transport you to the Scottish highlands,
where it all began.

Scotch
& Soda

2oz Usquaebach ‘Reserve’ Blended Scotch

Top with club soda

Garnish: lemon peel


Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Usquaebach ‘Reserve’ over ice. Slowly add club soda, holding the glass at an angle. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 ounces Usquaebach ‘Reserve’ Blended Scotch

1 ounce Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Brandied Cherry


Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

2oz Usquaebach ‘Reserve’ Blended Scotch

3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz Honey-ginger syrup*

1/4 oz Usquaebach ‘An Ard Ri’ Cask Strength Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Garnish: Candied ginger


Add Usquaebach ‘Reserve’, lemon juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice. Vigorously shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with Usquaebach ‘An Ard Ri,’ if desired. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
